Valley Leisure’s commitment to service and continuous improvement has been graded as Excellent by Quest, the industry benchmarking specialists recognised by Sport England. This grading places us within the top 10% of leisure operators nationally.
Quest is a tool for continuous improvement, designed primarily for the management of leisure facilities and leisure development. Quest defines industry standards and good practice and encourages their on going development and delivery within a customer focused management framework.
Sporta is the national association of leisure and cultural trusts. Sporta members operate a wide range of leisure and cultural services in communities across the UK – from the Shetland Isles to Cornwall and from the Western Highlands to Kent. Together they provide 30% of public leisure centres in the UK – with over 1600 facilities, they have a combined turnover of more than £1billion and they employ around 50,000 staff.
Social Enterprise Mark CIC is the UK certification authority for social enterprise. The Social Enterprise Mark independently proves when a business or organisation puts profits towards social or environmental good. The Social Enterprise Gold Mark is the route to social enterprise excellence.
