Building on the Young Person’s Membership for 13-17 year olds, the Teen Fitness course is a requirement for teens between 13 and 17 to use the gym. It offers a brilliant opportunity to build confidence, stay in shape, increase fitness and find out about all the benefits of regular exercise – you don’t even have to be good at PE!Each teen fitness course runs across five days. All five sessions must be attended to pass. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate, gym programme card and will gain access to the gym through membership or by paying as you go. If your child has any special requirements, please let us know upon booking so that we can arrange additional instructor support for the class.Exercise Classes: Teens aged 14 years and older are also able to attend a selection of exercise classes at Andover Leisure Centre. To see which classes you can join, look for a star next to the class name on the exercise class timetable. Some evening classes are accessible for teens in the company of an adult.
