Short Mat Bowls: The objective of Short Mat Bowls is for each player in a singles game or each team in a pairs, triples or fours, to gain as many shots as possible by getting their bowls nearer to the jack than their opponents. Short mat bowls will aid joint flexibility and concentration.
Short Tennis: Short Tennis is an exciting, fast-paced game which anyone can play. You don’t have to be able to play conventional tennis to play it and it is a very easy game to pick up.
