Building on the Young Person’s Membership for 13-17 year olds, the Teen Fitness course is a requirement for teens age 13-15 to use the gym. It offers a brilliant opportunity to build confidence, stay in shape, increase fitness and find out about all the benefits of regular exercise – you don’t even have to be good at PE! If you are 16 or over you can book a standard induction.
Teen Fitness Courses run every other week from Monday-Friday 4pm-5pm. There are occasional weekend courses, please contact the centre to book or for more information on 01794 830333.
Teens aged 14 years and older are also able to attend a selection of exercise classes at Romsey Rapids Sports Complex. To see which classes you can join, look for a star next to the class name on the timetable. Most Teen classes are before 6pm, though some evening classes after 6pm are accessible for teens in the company of an adult. To see these, look for the people icon next to the class name on the timetable.
